Customer Service and Business Administration
Generally regarded as the two most important business qualifications, we deliver these at all levels from 1 – 4 (beginner to senior manager) and these form part of the ‘Qualification Credit Framework’ that is recognised for developing the skills of people through a formally accepted process.
Sales and Marketing
Levels 2 – 4 QCF accredited and suits new recruits to Sales and Marketing through to senior sales managers and account managers.
Logistics and Warehousing
Levels 2 and 3 for those working in this area and for operatives and supervisor/managers. Again, fully accredited through the QCF.
Levels 2-3 to cover all those who work within food manufacture, food preparation, cooking, technical analysis, portions control and preparing and serving food. All QCF accredited and designed to suit virtually all food related occupations.
GCSE equivalent qualifications in English, Mathematics and Information Technology. The new qualifications that replaced Key Skills. Recognised as Grade A to C passes and are delivered as lifetime awards
Learning and Development
Level 3 – 4 and designed to give those involved in teaching, coaching and course design and delivery a formally recognised qualification.
Health and Safety
Levels 3 and 5 this suite of qualifications provides, at level 3, IOSH membership, and, at level 5, Graduate Member with IOSH leading to Chartered Member status.
Levels 2 (team leader) to level 5 (Senior Manager/Director). Delivered through the Institute of Leadership and Management these qualifications provide tangible proof of knowledge and skills.
